At Dancing Goats® Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your brew; if you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns on equipment and non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package back to our roasting facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
