How fresh is the coffee when it ships?

We roast in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Most orders are roasted and shipped within 24–48 hours of being placed.

What is the best way to store my coffee beans?

To maintain flavor, store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the oils and aroma.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee?

Yes, we offer various grind settings ranging from coarse for French Press to fine for Espresso. You can select your preferred grind on the product page before adding it to your cart.

What is your return policy on food items?

As coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days.

How long does shipping take?
